The vision for tribe was to be welcomed into a friends home from the moment you step in the door. Set in a 100 year old building nestled in a side street, Tribe is anything but your average salon. Once originally horse stables, you will find a lot of the original heritage features of the building remain.
The Tribe team are made up of a mix of employees and freelancers. Not only does this bring a beautiful relaxed vibe to the salon but also enables each individual to be on a career path that best suits them, therefore creating stability within our team which is rare for the industry.
When sourcing the products that we use in the salon, we like to partner with and use Australian local brands where possible. As such we use eleven Australian and Kevin Murphy in salon and serve the beautiful Byron bay brand MAYDE tea to all of our guests.
